Product UX Designer

AS A Product UX Designer, YOU WILL :

• Collaborate with agile development teams and other stakeholders to deliver products and features that deliver value to both our customers and our business
• Facilitate design workshops to ideate on solutions that will create intuitive user experiences and eliminate customer pain points
• Work with agile development teams to create product designs including creating personas, user flows, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and other design artifacts as needed
• Follow the Emerson design standards to provide design consistency across our product portfolio and help maintain those design standards as needed
• Actively seek feedback from end users about product designs and use that feedback to improve the designs
