Role : Business Development Manager (Only SaaS & Software Sales candidates apply)
Key Responsibilities :
Identify & pursue new business opportunities via prospecting, networking & research
Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue & market share
Build & nurture strong relationships with stakeholders & decision-makers
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Product teams for aligned growth
Conduct product demos & presentations to showcase value propositions
Negotiate contracts, pricing & SLAs with support from legal & finance teams
Stay ahead of industry trends & competitor activities
Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights
Qualifications :
✅ Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
✅ Proven B2B sales / business development / account management experience (Fintech or SaaS preferred)
✅ Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
✅ Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
✅ Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup
✅ Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), MS Office, and business tools
✅ Open to travel for client meetings & industry events
