Responsibilities :

• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making within client.
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to optimize product performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of product enhancements.
• Assist product teams in transitioning towards self-service analytics, enabling them to leverage data independently for decision-making. In contrast, the analytics team focuses on advanced analytics, forecasting, A / B testing, and other strategic initiatives.
• Work directly with decision-makers and product team directors to understand their analytical needs, provide guidance, and deliver actionable insights.
• Create KPIs from scratch for product teams, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure data integrity, implement tracking solutions, and optimize data pipelines for efficient analysis.
