About the Role
We’re scaling Fuelled fast, and design is one of our biggest growth engines.
That’s why we’re building out our design department — and we’re looking for a Graphic
Designer who’s hungry to do more than just push pixels.
This role is for someone who can create world-class designs, systematise the design
process, and keep raising the bar for how Fuelled looks and feels across every touchpoint.
Your Mission
Take ownership of Fuelled’s design across packaging and media assets, while also building the
backbone (SOPs, systems, checklists) that keep our design output sharp, fast, and always
on-brand.
Core Responsibilities
1. Packaging Design
- Design and develop packaging (KLDs, dielines, mock-ups, etc.) that’s functional,
premium, and stands out on the shelf.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to turn ideas into physical packaging thattells our story.
2. Media Assets
Create scroll-stopping assets for social media, website banners, Meta ads, emailers,landing pages, and more.
Adapt designs for different platforms while keeping a strong, consistent brand identity.3. Systematisation & SOPs
Build and document SOPs, templates, and checklists for design tasks so that everyoutput is on-brand, every time.
Set up systems to streamline workflows with marketing, product, and operations teams.4. Design Language & Innovation
Continuously evolve and improve Fuelled’s visual identity.Bring fresh ideas, new design approaches, and innovative styles to keep the brandahead of the curve.
What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience in graphic design (packaging + digital assets).Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / Figma (bonus if you’re skilled in motiongraphics too).
A keen eye for detail, typography, and consistency.The ability to think beyond one-off designs — to build systems and scalableprocesses.
