Foundry Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Foundry Manager to lead operations in our Copper Alloy Foundry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in melting using Induction Furnaces and casting with Centrifugal Casting Machines . Responsibilities include managing the foundry team, ensuring quality casting, optimizing melting processes, and maintaining safety and production efficiency. The role demands strong technical knowledge of metallurgy, process control, and equipment maintenance. Experience in copper alloy composition control and foundry best practices is essential.
