Job Title : Technical Recruiter – Contract to Hire (C2H) Hiring

Experience : 5 Years

Location : Noida (Hybrid / Onsite / Remote – as applicable)

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Recruiter who specializes in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring for IT and technology roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

The Technical Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality IT professionals for contractual and C2H mandates across multiple domains and locations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire and permanent technical positions across various clients.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, , internal databases, referrals, and social media.
  • Evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate C2H terms, rate cards, and joining formalities with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates during selection, offer, and onboarding stages.
  • Manage and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and database accuracy.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.

Required Skills and Competencies :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment with a strong focus on C2H hiring.
  • Proven ability to recruit for IT and technology roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Naukri, Monster, , GitHub, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of contractual models, billing cycles, and compliance related to C2H hiring.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Excel-based tracking tools.
  • Good to Have :

  • Experience recruiting for both domestic and global clients.
  • Exposure to vendor management systems (VMS) and large enterprise hiring.
  • Understanding of payroll and contract management processes.
  • Educational Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition are an advantage.
