Summary

RunLoyal, a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our engineering team.

In this role, you will build and maintain high-performance, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications that serve a growing network of customers across multiple tenants.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multi-tenant Flutter architectures, GetX state management, and Bitrise CI / CD automation, along with a solid grasp of Flutter Isolates for background task optimization.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, take full ownership of product modules, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Design and implement multi-tenant architecture with tenant-specific configurations, themes, and APIs.
Utilize GetX for efficient state management, routing, and dependency injection.
Integrate and maintain Bitrise workflows for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
Work with REST APIs and handle asynchronous data processing efficiently.
Leverage Flutter Isolates or compute() for handling performance-heavy background tasks.
Ensure smooth performance, responsive UI, and an excellent user experience.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
Debug and optimize performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and UI glitches.
Contribute to CI / CD automation, code quality standards, and team best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.

Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter Isolates, and GetX framework.

Proven experience developing multi-tenant or white-label Flutter apps.

Hands-on expertise with Bitrise, Fastlane, or similar CI / CD tools.

Deep understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and code modularization.

Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON-based data.

Familiarity with build flavors and environment-based configurations (Dev / UAT / Prod).

Knowledge of Firebase (Auth, Crashlytics, Analytics) preferred.

Additional Requirements

Exposure to native Android / iOS platform channels is a plus.

Familiarity with Flutter Web or desktop applications desirable.

Experience with automated testing (unit, widget, integration).

Prior experience with SaaS, loyalty, or platform-based products is an advantage.
