Job Description :

We are seeking a passionate and driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates.

You will play a vital role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Post job openings on various portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
