About the Role :
We are looking for an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Knack RCM. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk / volume hiring, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for fresher and lateral roles within US Healthcare (RCM) operations and support departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume requirements (Voice / Non-Voice processes, AR, Coding, Credentialing, etc.).
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on role fitment, communication skills, and organizational culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout.
- Maintain and update recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards on a daily / weekly basis.
- Partner with stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and plan hiring drives accordingly.
- Handle bulk hiring initiatives, including walk-in drives, consultant coordination, and campus recruitments.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires within defined SLAs.
- Maintain strong pipelines for recurring and forecasted positions.
Required Skills & Competencies :
3–5 years of proven experience in bulk / volume hiring (preferably in BPO / RCM / Healthcare industry).Strong hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media sourcing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.Good understanding of recruitment metrics and data reporting.Qualification :
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration or a related field.MBA in HR preferred.
