Qualifications

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Location : Pune

Strong knowledge of transportation management processes and industry best practices.

About the Role

Experience with SAP TM configuration and customization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Function knowledge of different SAP Modules
• SAP Business objects tools
• Transportation Processes : A solid understanding of end-to-end transportation processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with industry-specific transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Project Management :
• Implementation Experience : Hands-on experience in implementing SAP TM projects, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
• Project Planning : Ability to plan and execute SAP TM projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Stakeholder Management : Effective communication with business stakeholders, users, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Documentation Skills : Clear documentation of configurations, processes, and project-related activities.

Required Skills
