Graphic Designer (2+ Years Exp) – B2B Marketing Focus

Location : Remote

Full-Time

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our creative team. You’ll work directly under our Senior Graphic Designer and contribute to a wide range of design and motion projects.

What You’ll Do :

  • Design social media creatives , ads , presentations , brochures , and other digital and print assets for B2B clients.
  • Assist in creating company profiles, pitch decks, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Collaborate on motion graphics and video editing projects
  • Ensure visual consistency, proper alignment, spacing, and brand accuracy across all designs.
  • Work closely with the design lead to iterate quickly and efficiently with minimal rounds of rework .
  • Adapt your design based on internal and client feedback

Must-Haves :

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or marketing environment (B2B work is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail — spacing, alignment, and formatting must be second nature.
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback with minimal supervision.
  • Good time management and ability to work across multiple projects.

    • Education Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts , or a related field.
  • Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.

    • Software Knowledge Required :

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro

    • Bonus : Familiarity with Figma , Canva , or other collaboration tools.

    Other Requirements :

  • A portfolio of diverse graphic design projects.
