Full Stack Engineer - AI Development

Location : Remote for now! Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : 2.5 lakhs per year

As part of our growth, we are developing an innovative AI-powered HR application, and we are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with a passion for AI to join our team and lead the development of this impactful project.

The Full Stack Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement a cutting-edge AI-enabled HR application. This role requires deep technical expertise in full stack development and familiarity with AI / ML integrations. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking approach to building scalable, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end development of an advanced AI-driven HR application, from conceptualisation to deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure alignment with the company's mission.
  • Integrate AI models and algorithms to support complex data processing and analysis for HR-related functionalities.
  • Build and manage scalable, secure backend architectures using frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.
  • Develop responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and data sources to enrich the application’s functionality.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices in software development.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to optimise performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and mentoring of junior developers.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages and libraries (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Backend expertise with frameworks like Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with AI / ML concepts, especially in data analysis and recommendation systems.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
  • Can communicate in English and use it in day-to-day activities.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in AI development or HR tech applications.
  • Knowledge of data science libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI model deployment.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and best practices in secure application development.
