Senior Manager Engineering

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure continuous availability and smooth functioning of all electrical systems, including DG power and transformers
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Lead, mentor, and conduct regular performance reviews of the electrical maintenance team
• Provide technical guidance and strategic direction to the team to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and infrastructure needs
• Utilize SAP / ERP systems for maintenance planning, tracking, and reporting (if applicable)
• Identify opportunities for improvement in systems and processes, and drive implementation
