Job Description :
The Business Head is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of the firm's Cross Sell Sales, Operations, Credit and other ancillary products and services. They will drive business growth, profitability, and market leadership while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive overall business growth and profitability, with a focus on maximizing revenue.
2. Business Diversification : Identify opportunities to expand revenue streams.
3. Financial Management : Manage financial performance, budgets, and expenses across all product lines to achieve revenue targets, maximize profitability, and ensure financial sustainability.
4. Risk Management : Implement effective risk management strategies and processes to mitigate credit, operational, and market risks associated with all product offerings.
5. Team Leadership : Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of professionals across various product lines, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
6. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, regulators, and industry associations, to support business objectives and enhance brand reputation.
7. Innovation and Technology : Drive innovation and leverage technology solutions to optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and maintain competitiveness across all product offerings.
8. Compliance and Governance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies across all product lines, conducting regular audits and assessments to uphold high standards of governance and ethics.
9. Performance Monitoring : Monitor key performance indicators, market trends, and competitive dynamics for each product line, making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and achieve business objectives.

1. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team across all product lines, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to drive individual and collective success.
2. Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication among teams working on different product lines to leverage synergies, optimize resource allocation, and achieve overall business goals.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership and board members to develop and execute strategic initiatives that address the unique needs and growth opportunities of each product line.
