Success Stars is a performance-driven digital marketing and marketing automation company helping brands accelerate growth through smart strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and technology-led solutions. Based in Bengaluru, we work with brands across education, wellness, lifestyle, SaaS, real estate, and more. We’re looking for a mid-level Social Media Manager who blends creative storytelling with data-backed execution to scale social media presence and engagement for our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each platform and client.
  • Translate brand objectives into monthly content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling directions.
  • Own brand communication—tone, voice, and narrative consistency across channels.

Content & Execution

  • Collaborate with designers, writers, editors, and creators to deliver high-quality content.
  • Manage and publish posts, stories, reels, shorts, and campaigns with precision.
  • Explore new content formats, trends, hooks, and creative ideas to boost performance.

    • Community & Growth

  • Drive active audience engagement through timely responses and creative interactions.
  • Manage online reputation and nurture community conversations.
  • Explore influencer partnerships and creator collaborations as needed.

    • Performance & Reporting

  • Track analytics across Meta, , YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team for integrated organic + paid strategies.

    • Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of social media management experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple brands with strong organisational discipline.
  • Excellent short-form and long-form copywriting skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, brand voice, and visual aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic understanding of paid ads.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to trends.
  • Comfortable working remotely, in hybrid mode, or on-site depending on project needs.
