About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tax & Finance Professional / Chartered Accountant / CMA to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end tax compliances, strengthening internal audit and control frameworks, and leading a high-performing team of accountants in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tax Compliances :
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Oversee tax planning, assessments, audits, and liaison with tax authorities.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax regulations affecting listed companies.
  • Internal Audit & Control :
  • Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal control systems in line with statutory requirements and corporate governance standards.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations for listed entities.
  • Team Management :
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accountants and finance executives.
  • Allocate work, monitor deliverables, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high ethical standards.
  • Financial Oversight :
  • Support statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial decisions.
  • Contribute to preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a listed company.
  • Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, corporate laws, and financial reporting standards (Ind AS).
  • Proven experience in internal audit and internal controls design.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.
