Responsibilities :
- Meet or exceed enterprise-level sales objectives
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell Ruby on Rails (RoR) solutions and services
- Lead execution of go-to-market strategies including business growth, customer and partner engagement, and demand generation
- Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments, collaborating with technical teams as needed
- Communicate the value of WovVTech products and services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships and identify key stakeholders
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions
- Ensure client retention by coordinating cross-functional support teams through the renewal cycle
- Drive adoption and usage of new features across various business units and markets
- Conduct monthly client follow-ups to boost engagement
- Plan and implement channel partner strategies for products and services
- Explore new revenue streams and alliance opportunities
- Report on weekly / monthly performance and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities / challenges and offer strategic solutions
- Represent the company at national and international IT business events, promoting services and converting leads
Requirements :
Minimum 10+ years of experience in SaaS product sales, IT services, analytics, or Ruby on Rails project salesProven track record of selling SaaS / cloud-based solutions to enterprise clientsStrong consultative sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skillsCustomer-first mindset with a proactive attitude toward client satisfactionWillingness to travel extensively across India and internationallyExcellent time management and planning capabilitiesHighly detail-oriented, ethical, responsible, and self-motivatedStrong team collaboration and relationship-building skillsAnalytical thinker with data-driven decision-making abilitiesAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environmentsSkills Required
