Position Overview :
The IT Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting IT products and services. The role requires a combination of technical understanding and strategic selling skills to achieve revenue targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in software, hardware, or IT services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions such as Cloud, Networking, Security, ERP / CRM, or Managed Services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
