Job descriptionUndergo structured training to understand the organization's operations, processes, and procedures. Assist in various operational tasks such as supply chain management, logistics, production support, and quality control. Perform accurate data entry into operational systems and databases for tracking and process monitoring. Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure adherence to organizational standards. Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, ensuring availability of supplies, and coordinating replenishment. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of operational activities including inventory, shipments, and production-related records. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements relevant to the healthcare environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operational needs. Assist in resolving operational issues through effective problem-solving and coordination. Generate operational reports and data summaries as required by the department.
