Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Collection Officer to manage recovery of mortgage and secured loan accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage accounts in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct field visits to follow up on overdue mortgage and secured loan accounts

Maintain accurate records of recovery efforts and customer interactions

Coordinate with legal and recovery teams as required

Ensure adherence to collection policies and regulatory guidelines

Provide regular updates on collection status to branch or regional managers

Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum 1 year of experience in field collections, preferably in mortgage or secured loan recovery

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Must be willing to travel locally for field work

Knowledge of local market and geography is preferred
