Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketplace Manager who will own and drive performance across key marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, and Nykaa, Blinkit. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who understands listings, data, growth levers and can work closely with the founder and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations & Growth

• End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central and Myntra Seller Panel. Quickcomm knowledge of on-boarding, sending inventory

• Drive sales growth through listing optimisation and visibility

• Manage FBA planning, replenishment, ageing stock, and inventory health

• Track and analyse category, competitor, and keyword trends

Listings & Content

• Create, optimise, and manage product listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords)

• Ensure listing hygiene, suppression fixes, and content accuracy

• Coordinate for images, A+ content, and catalogue improvements

Data & Performance

• Analyse sales, ACOS, ROAS, conversion, traffic, and profitability

• Build reports and dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets

• Leverage Amazon PI tools, search term reports, and keyword tools

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in D2C / e-commerce / marketplace roles

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Myntra portals

• Comfortable with Excel, data analysis, and performance tracking

• Strong understanding of FBA planning, keywords, and growth levers

• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
