Senior 2D Animation Artist

We are seeking a skilled 2D Animation Artist to bring characters, environments and visual effects to life in our games. You will work closely with artists, designers and developers to craft engaging animations that enhance gameplay, storytelling and player immersion.

Responsibilities include creating high-quality 2D animations for characters, creatures, UI elements, environments and VFX. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles and experience working with tools such as Spine, Adobe Animate or Unity Animator.

• Create 2D animations for characters, creatures, UI elements, environments and VFX.
• Work with art and design teams to understand animation needs and integrate feedback effectively.
• Animate 2D characters using Spine, Adobe Animate or Unity Animator.
• Collaborate with programmers to implement animations in-game, ensuring smooth transitions and responsiveness.
• Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all animations in line with the project's artistic direction.

To be successful in this role, you should have 8+ years of experience as a 2D animator in the game industry, proficiency in animation software and a strong understanding of animation principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential.
