Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive Audit Assistant to support our audit and compliance engagements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, statutory filings, and on-ground audit work.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

Prepare and file Income Tax Returns, Tax Audits and support assessment-related work.

Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return) and handle GST appeals and refunds .

Maintain accurate accounting records and perform ledger scrutiny.

Coordinate with clients for data collection, follow-ups, and documentation.

Ensure timely completion of assignments with professional quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Working knowledge of Income Tax , Tax Audit , GST law , and GST portal operations .

Ability to handle accounting software (Tally is mandatory).

Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Effective communication and willingness to learn.

Prior experience in a Chartered Accountant's office will be considered a strong advantage (additional value).

CA / CMA / CA Inter / CMA Inter / Semi Qualified CA / CMA
