Job Summary
The Executive Program Director will oversee and manage complex programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role requires extensive experience in program governance and communication with a focus on delivering impactful results. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts and will not require travel. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in analytics to drive program success.
Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate program support and engagement.
- Utilize analytics to inform decision-making and optimize program performance.
- Ensure that all program activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure program stability and success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the program team.
- Manage program budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Report on program status and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in program governance and communication demonstrating a strong track record of success.Have a deep understanding of analytics and its application in program management.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to drive program success.Show proficiency in managing complex programs within a hybrid work model.Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Hold a relevant certification in program management or a related field.Certifications Required
