Job Responsibilities :
Planning & Procurement for New Product Development / Other Categories
Effective planning and execution of New Products as per timelines for launches
Ensuring stock availability throughout launch
Minimizing inventory holding and eliminating write-offs / expiries
Understanding BOM construct and Food, Packaging
and Distributions costs; and its impact on Cost of goods sold
BOM updating in ERP
Timely planning and liquidation of slow moving and non moving skus
Monitoring Projections and Inventory as per consumption trend
Logistics management, guaranteeing timely deliveries, and introducing enhancements to operational processes for enhanced efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure clear communication and alignment
Oversee the entire procurement process, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain & Logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems (SAP / Fusion).
Strong understanding of Inventory Planning & Procurement
Experience with cost savings & process optimization.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills :
Experience in QSR Supply Chain
