We are seeking a highly skilledTechnical Consultantwith strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, specifically in AX tables, data structures, and technical customizations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AX data model, X++ development, and integration methodologies to support, enhance, andoptimizeour Dynamics AX 2012 environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop customizations and enhancements inMicrosoft Dynamics AX 2012, focusing ondata model and table structures.

• Work with functional consultants and business users to understand data requirements and designappropriate technicalsolutions.

• Develop andmaintaintechnical documentation related to AX data structures, custom tables, mappings, and entity relationships.

• Perform data migrations, transformations, and data validations usingAX tools(Data Import Export Framework, AIF, SQL Server).

• Optimizeand troubleshoot performance issues related to data access, table indexing, and database queries.

• Create and manage SSRS reports, batch jobs, and scheduled tasks related to data operations.

• Participate in the development and execution of test plans to ensure quality and accuracy of delivered solutions.

• Support ongoing maintenance and patching of the AX 2012 environment, including hotfixes and CU updates.

• Collaborate with other technical teams (e.g., infrastructure, integration, BI) to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions.

Minimum Qualification:

• Goodhands-on technical experience withMicrosoft Dynamics AX 2012.

• Strong understanding ofAX table architecture, relations, indexes, and data model.

• ProficiencyinX++,MorphX, and AX development best practices.

• Experience withSQL Serverand the ability to write andoptimizeSQL queries.

• Knowledge ofDIXF,AIF, and integration techniques for importing/exporting data.

• Familiarity withAX development tools(AOT, Visual Studio for AX, Debugger, etc.).

• Experience in developing or modifyingSSRS reportsin AX.

• Ability to debug complex customizations and provide performance tuning recommendations.

Education:

• Bachelor%27s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Certification (Technical).

• Experience indata migration projectsorAX to D365 upgrade preparations.

• Exposure tointegrationplatforms likeBizTalk,Logic Apps, orcustom APIs.

• Understanding of AX 2012 functional modules (Finance, SCM, Production, etc.).

• Familiarity with version control tools (TFS, Azure DevOps).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Good communicationskills, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and quality.
