Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Low-Code Developer with a strong background in the Microsoft Power Platform to design and deliver scalable business applications. The candidate should also possess a solid understanding of clinical domain processes and data. This role requires strong analytical, design, and development skills to support the end-to-end application lifecycle.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Analyze, estimate, and define project tasks based on business requirements
• Perform design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of low-code solutions
• Develop both basic and detailed program specifications
• Ensure expected performance and reliability of developed applications
• Build applications using Power Apps , automate workflows with Power Automate , and transform data using Power Query
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend technical solutions
• Engage with data owners, data stewards, and stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance
• Document requirements, build data flows, and define acceptance criteria to guide testing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology partners, vendors, and analytics teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive continuous process improvements through data-driven insights and best practices
