Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Coding and Auditor role located in Hyderabad. The Medical Coding and Auditor will be responsible for accurately reviewing and auditing medical records to ensure compliance with coding guidelines and standards. Daily tasks include analyzing medical documentation, assigning appropriate codes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to resolve discrepancies and maintain the highest standards of accuracy in medical records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Coding and Medical Terminology
• Experience with Health Information Management and coding processes
• Certification or proficiency in RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician)
• Strong knowledge of coding systems and standards
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with healthcare professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with healthcare industry coding systems and standards is an advantage
