Job Title : Australian Mortgage Executive

Location : Ahmedabad (Motera) Gujarat, India

Experience Required : 1+ years in the Australian mortgage industry

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Australian Mortgage Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end mortgage processes, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring compliance with Australian lending regulations. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional service and facilitating smooth mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation : Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions
  • Loan Application Management : Oversee the complete mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Compliance Adherence : Ensure all activities comply with Australian mortgage regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation Management : Maintain accurate and organized mortgage documentation and records.
  • Market Awareness : Stay updated on Australian mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year in the Australian mortgage industry.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills :
  • Proficiency in mortgage processing software like Mercury and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
