Role & Responsibilities
- Branch Coordination : Coordinate with branches in the region / circle / RBO / location to drive sales initiatives and meet business objectives.
- Sales Accountability : Assume full ownership of all sales activities and performance in the assigned branch / location.
- Mutual Fund Sales : Sell MF products across identified locations and surrounding areas while ensuring strong relationship-building for repeat sales.
- Customer Acquisition : Prospect new clients through acquisition, networks, databases, references, and open market opportunities.
- Channel & Partner Management : Liaise with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions to sell / target specific schemes as guided by the Business Head.
- Investor Awareness Programs : Plan, coordinate, and organize investor awareness programs to enhance product understanding and brand visibility.
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Key Account Penetration : Target and penetrate key accounts while identifying upselling / cross-selling opportunities.
- Process Adherence : Ensure strict compliance with sales processes, regulatory requirements, and organizational guidelines.
- Business Targets : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales / business plans.
- Channel Development : Develop and expand channels and networks to maximize channel sales.
