Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Signavio Business Process Specialist to drive process transformation initiatives using SAP Signavio , with strong experience in SAP S / 4HANA and Exalca as part of the Master Data & business process integration landscape. The role focuses on business process modelling, re-engineering, process mining, and enabling a single source of truth by integrating process frameworks between Signavio, SAP, and Exalca.
Key Responsibilities
Process Modelling & Transformation
- Lead end-to-end business process design, modeling and optimization in Signavio across core SAP modules.
- Build & maintain process architecture, SIPOC, EPC, BPMN 2.0 based process maps and process hierarchies.
- Conduct enterprise-wide process discovery, gap analysis, harmonization, and standardization initiatives.
Signavio–SAP–Exalca Integration Enablement
Integrate Signavio process models with SAP S / 4HANA to align process documentation with system design and execution.Establish and maintain process-to-master-data mapping via Exalca toolsets to ensure process alignment with MDG and governance structures.Work with SAP and Exalca teams to synchronize process documentation, workflows, and data governance standards .Process Mining & Insights
Use Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze process performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation / optimization opportunities.Implement dashboards, KPIs, benchmarks, process conformance checks, and continuous improvement loops.Governance, Compliance & Change Management
Create and maintain process governance framework, RACI, SOPs, user manuals, and training content .Support audit, compliance and regulatory requirements through standardized and version-controlled process documentation.Drive change management, stakeholder buy-in, and user adoption across business and IT teams.Required Skills & Experience
9–12 years of experience, with minimum 4+ years in SAP Signavio Suite – Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, and Process Intelligence.Strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA business processes (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Master Data, etc.).Experience working with Exalca (or equivalent MDG / Process Governance platform) for process integration and data lineage alignment.Expertise in BPMN 2.0, Process Mining, Enterprise Architecture frameworks .Background in process modeling, re-engineering, COE enablement , and global template rollouts.Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across Business, IT, and CoE functions.Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Signavio or BPM tools.SAP S / 4HANA implementation experience in at least one transformation program.Exposure to Master Data Governance models, Exalca workflows, or equivalent MDM platforms (e.G., SAP MDG, Informatica, Reltio).Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or process automation projects (RPA, Workflow, AI-based optimization).Why This Role Is Strategic
