Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead software projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met.
  • Manage client interactions, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable technical plans.
  • Oversee and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Utilize full-stack expertise to review technical designs and provide architectural guidance.
  • Track project progress using Agile / Scrum methodologies and relevant tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely escalations when needed.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and UI / UX teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–15 years of experience in software development and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of full-stack technologies  (e.g., Java / Python / .NET, JavaScript frameworks, SQL / NoSQL databases, cloud platforms).
  • Proven experience in customer / client management  and stakeholder communication.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies  and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PRINCE2 .
