Internship Opportunity – LeadMasters AI (Dubai-Registered AI Company)

About LeadMasters AI

LeadMasters AI is a Dubai-registered Company operating out of Hyderabad. We build solutions in AI-driven marketing automation, social media management, CRM workflows, and intelligent lead generation. Internship (Work From Office, Hyderabad)

We are looking for motivated interns who want to kickstart their careers by working on real-world AI and ML engineering projects. This internship is hands-on and meant for candidates who want practical startup exposure rather than classroom-style training.

Responsibilities

Work with developers on AI and ML-driven projects in automation and CRM
Build, test, and improve models / features used in production environments
Gain exposure to machine learning workflows, API integration, and automation pipelines
Learn how startups develop and scale AI-powered products

Expectations

Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation

Basic understanding of Python, data handling, or model building (preferred)

Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and solve problems independently

Must report to the office daily in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad

Training and Growth plan

6-Month Training Phase (Unpaid) : The initial phase is focused on hands-on training and real project exposure. Interns will work directly on live projects with our developers, gaining practical startup and AI / ML experience.

Next 6 Months (Paid Role) : After completing the training, interns will automatically transition into Junior AI / ML Engineer roles for the next 6 months with a paid opportunity.

Onsite Opportunity (Dubai) : Exceptional performers during this 1-year journey will be considered for onsite opportunities at our Dubai office, offering international exposure and career acceleration.

Career Progression Beyond the Year : After the first year, top performers can advance into full-time AI / ML Engineer positions and leadership roles as the company continues to scale.
