DATAPKT is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our fast-growing team working on drone-based survey and mapping projects. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth execution of field operations and effective coordination across project teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Support project initiation, planning, execution, and delivery across GIS and drone survey assignments.
• Monitor daily progress and milestones through updates from team leads.
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and resource tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams—field, processing, and technical—for timely project execution.
• Review field progress reports to ensure compliance with operational and data quality standards.
• Identify potential risks or delays and take corrective action.
• Assist in QA / QC coordination and final deliverable validation.
• Prepare periodic progress and status reports for management and clients.
• Track operational expenses and assist with cost control documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency, and project growth initiatives.
