We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning to drive innovation across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions while mentoring teams and collaborating across business and technical units.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Large Language Models (LLMs), guiding teams in research, implementation, and optimization.
• Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of LLM-based AI applications to solve real-world business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and provide scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Drive technical decision-making and ensure alignment with overall AI strategy across multiple teams.
• Mentor and manage data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct research on cutting-edge AI and ML techniques to enhance system performance and drive innovation.
• Ensure model interpretability, data quality, and ethical use of AI throughout the development lifecycle.
• Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements, model evaluation metrics, and deployment strategies.
