Extensive experience with Solution Manager functionalities with Implementation, support, customization, and Migrations of SAP application. Widely experienced in Maintenance Business Process, supervision, project support, training, and skills transfer. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, quick learner, team player.

• SAP SOLMAN : 7.2 SP13 - 16
• Functionalities : ChaRM (Change and Request Management), EWA (Early Watch alert Management), System Monitoring, Solution Documentation, BPMon, Job Monitoring, SEA, SLR reporting, Focused Insights
• SAP Components : SOLMAN, S4HANA
• Operating System : Linux
• Good Communication skills
• Knowledge on AWS Cloud

(Base Location) :

(Qualifications)

(1) Hands-on on ChaRM (Change and request management)

(2) Performed atleast one ChaRM implementation and basic Customization

(3) Work closely with users to troubleshoot ChaRM related issue’s

(4) Work on creating Request for change, Normal Change, Urgent Change, Change cycles

(5) Worked on System monitoring configuration and troubleshooting

(6) Aware of Early Watch alert and can work and support to internal team on issue’s

(7) Use SAP SOLMAN expertise to help improve the resolution for any sort of failure Scenarios.

(8) Managing Technical and functional functionalities of SolMan and other new tasks like Note Implementation, Workmode.

(9) Providing Guidance and support for team members for any SAP SOLMAN activities. - Sharing knowledge through KT sessions or general discussions.

(10) Hands- on on Focus insights dashboard configuration and troubleshooting
