Product Engineer- Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Engineer to join our healthcare technology team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, building, and scaling software products within the healthcare or RCM industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, data science, and engineering to translate customer needs into robust and scalable solutions.

Location : Bengaluru (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software products for healthcare or RCM platforms.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and system architecture.
Build scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and supporting team growth.
Implement and optimize multi-agent systems, AI-driven workflows, and full-stack solutions to solve complex healthcare challenges.
Work on cloud-based architectures, microservices, and real-time data pipelines.
Ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentation are aligned with industry standards.
Participate in product strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience and platform performance.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in healthcare, machine learning, and software engineering.

Requirements : -

2-4 years of experience in product engineering, software development, or related roles.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

Certifications or specialized training in cloud computing, machine learning, or web technologies are a plus.

Proven experience in healthcare technology, medical software, or RCM platforms.

Expertise in system design, cloud architecture, and scalable web applications.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript / TypeScript (Next.js), and familiarity with frameworks like Node.js.

Experience building AI-driven solutions, large language model (LLM) applications, or agent-based architectures is a plus.

Familiarity with big data tools, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Experience working with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.

Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience in agile environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in microservices, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps pipelines.

Knowledge of data privacy laws (HIPAA), healthcare compliance, and secure coding practices.

Experience with AI / ML integrations, recommendation engines, or predictive analytics.

Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
