Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing online and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. The Customer Support Executive will also manage communications across channels to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
