Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will provide support to executives by managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include overseeing diary management, organizing and maintaining records, and assisting with clerical and office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management
• Competence in performing Clerical Skills and general administrative tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools
• Previous experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline are highly desirable
