Job descriptionManaging database Pre-opening marketing plan Implement marketing initiatives Identify joint marketing partners Organise special promotions with hotels, property agents and business associations Build relations and coordinate with local Business Chambers and Associations Actively participate in networking events and functions Provide operational support and work closely with operations teams At least 5 years of successful sales experiences in Serviced Apartment, Hotel and Business Centres Fluency in English a must Energetic, social, and outgoing Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as the initiative to work autonomously Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts Able to negotiate with decision-makers, executives, and CEO’s Great interpersonal, communications and networking skills Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks Able to handle client correspondences and inquiries Financial management Flexibility and adaptability Objections handling Planning and organisation Problem Solving Risk management Strategic Thinking / Thought Leadership Team Building Communication
