Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure seamless academic delivery, streamline internal processes, and contribute to scaling NNIIT’s learning ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and experience in the EdTech or education management domain.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management

• Manage and streamline daily operations across academic, content, sales, and support teams.
• Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency to ensure smooth delivery of classes, tests, and learning modules.
• Create and implement SOPs to standardize processes across departments.

Student Experience & Support

Team & Vendor Management

Data & Reporting

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Required Qualifications

MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
