Job Summary :

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, teams, and client communication to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors
Track project progress and handle any issues that arise
Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Prepare reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field

3+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred :

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT, construction, marketing, etc.]
