Position Overview

The Vice President – Civil Projects will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale civil construction projects, with a key focus on

high-rise residential and commercial developments . The role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of all projects under the company’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple civil construction projects, primarily high-rise building developments.

Formulate project strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Provide leadership and direction to project directors, engineers, and site teams to achieve project milestones.

Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations across all project sites.

Collaborate with design, planning, procurement, and finance teams to streamline project operations.

Review and approve construction schedules, BOQs, and vendor contracts.

Maintain high standards of construction quality, safety, and sustainability.

Monitor project progress through regular reviews, MIS reporting, and on-site inspections.

Resolve technical and operational challenges through proactive problem-solving.

Manage client relationships, consultants, and external stakeholders effectively.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management and construction.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

20+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in managing

multiple high-rise building projects

(residential, commercial, or mixed-use).

Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, MEP coordination, and modern construction technologies.

Proficient in project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
