Job Responsibilities :

• Act as a subject matter expert in the designing and recommending of appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key issues within the business.
• Define project goals and objectives and develop detailed work plans to meet client expectations.
• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closeout.
• Explore business problems and model different solutions.
• Design client-specific strategic service offerings and approaches that will demonstrate value through the development.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
• Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects.
• Work with the team to establish future-facing insights, implications, and recommendations; deliver advice; and identify and solve problems.
• Develop strategic plans to help the company reach its growth goals.
• Lead a team of data scientists, analysts, engineers, and other data professionals to deliver high-quality data products and insights.
• Establish and execute the data science strategy and vision for the organization, aligning with the business goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement best practices for data collection, analysis, modeling, machine learning, and visualization.
• Communicate and present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
• Mentor and coach data team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in data science and analytics and provide knowledge transfer to the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear and compelling reports of analytic results and insights.
• Stay abreast of new analytic methods and technologies and support their development internally.
• Evangelize the product vision and align with the company objectives.
