Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Serilingampalli. The Human Resources Assistant will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing HRIS, benefits administration, assisting with training and development programs, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
• Skills in training and development
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
