The Opportunity

Join our high-impact CFO Services team where you'll work directly with clients across industries, translating financial data into strategic insights. This role offers exceptional exposure to :

Client-facing finance advisory (not back-office processing)

Automation & AI-enabled reporting tools

Multi-industry exposure (Manufacturing, SaaS, E-commerce, Healthcare, Real Estate)

Strategic finance projects beyond routine MIS

What You'll Do

• Financial Analysis & Reporting

Design and prepare Monthly MIS Reports and Executive Dashboards for C-suite clients

Deliver Variance Analysis, Cost Benchmarking, and Profitability Analysis

Build customised financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

Monitor and optimise Cash Flow Cycles and Working Capital Metrics

Support clients in fund requirement planning and liquidity management

Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to extract business insights

Present management updates with actionable recommendations

Drive cost control initiatives and margin improvement strategies

Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Power BI, etc.) to enhance productivity

Automate repetitive reporting using Macros, VBA, or Python (preferred, not mandatory)

What We're Looking For

✅ CA Inter / CMA Inter / CMA / CFA (or pursuing final level)

✅ 1–2 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or CFO advisory

✅ Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Dashboard creation)

✅ Strong command of PowerPoint for client presentations

✅ Solid understanding of Accounting Principles, Taxation & Financial Statements

✅ Exposure to AI productivity tools for finance

Macros / VBA / Python for automation

Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems

Prior exposure to startup or advisory firm environments

English : Professional (written & spoken)

Hindi : Working proficiency

Marathi : Preferred
