About Us

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate Intern who are passionate

about events, promotions, and outreach to join our team. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to

work in the fast-growing fashion, beauty, and event management industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Marketing & Outreach

 Visit makeup studios, salons, beauty parlors, fashion boutiques, colleges, etc.

 Interact with potential participants and explain event benefits.

 Generate leads and collect contact details for follow-ups.

2. Calling & Follow-ups

 Connect with participants, makeup artists, designers, and sponsors.

 Handle queries and objections, ensuring maximum conversions.

 Maintain structured call logs and reporting sheets.

3. Promotions & Branding

 Distribute flyers, brochures, and event materials in key markets.

 Share promotions via WhatsApp groups, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

 Actively participate in creating buzz and hype for the events.

4. Reporting & Data Management

 Submit daily activity reports (field visits, calls, conversions).

 Maintain and update the leads database.

 Share weekly progress with the assigned Management Trainee.

Requirements

 Confident and outgoing personality.

 Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).

 Comfortable with fieldwork + calling assignments.

 Laptop Mandatory (for reporting & database management).

 Students from MBA / BBA, Mass Communication, Fashion, Hospitality, Event Management preferred.

 Open to all enthusiastic candidates passionate about marketing & events.
