Role Description
We’re seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a remote, part-time, commission-based role, ideal for someone who’s driven, persuasive, and passionate about helping businesses grow through effective marketing.
You’ll be responsible for :
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients through outreach and networking
- Understanding client pain points and presenting tailored marketing solutions
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
- Following up on inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets

Targets & Milestones
