DESCRIPTION : Program manager (L4) in Pharmacy will work on multiple workstreams including catalogue creation, catalogue master refresh with sellers' partners, working with brands to plug in gaps on catalogue and enhancing content for existing ASINs. S / he is expected to work with multiple internal stakeholders like CMT, compliance to ensure the right set of mapping for ASINs, benchmarking for selection gaps. S / He will work with IDQ and WW catalogue teams to surface out challenges to listing process for sellers, suggest solutions and drive them to closure.In addition to program management, L4 PM is expected to drive Category level strategic initiatives as well. This will include identifying incremental GL level initiatives that contribute to category growth by working with brands to identify areas of collaboration in this compliance heavy business. (S) / He will regularly identify and bring forward issues / ideas to senior leadership and have strong attention to detail, organization and influencing skills.The ideal candidate has an accomplished professional background, demonstrated proficiency in program management, and experience as a data analysis in a business environment. They are comfortable in analyzing data from multiple sources to create strategic recommendations in a thoughtful, concise manner and obtaining organizational buy-in at senior levels. The individual should be skilled in transforming business problems in scalable programs / products. The individual should have exposure to program management lifecycle (ideation, development , launch and adoption). This person should be well- organized, can manage multiple analyses / projects simultaneously, and is intellectually curious. An exposure to handle external stakeholders and offshore customers is required will help this individual to excel in this role.Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate our leadership principles : a bias for action, deep- dive, ownership and customer-obsession.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : - 1+ years of program or project management experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology- Experience in MS Access and SQL- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
