Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to lead our pricing and yield optimization efforts. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in short-term rental markets and hands-on experience with PriceLabs , market analytics, and revenue forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns using PriceLabs .
• Adjust rates and minimum stay requirements in real time to reflect demand and supply conditions.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align promotions and availability with revenue goals.
• Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct A / B testing of pricing models and promotional campaigns.
• Forecast revenue and occupancy for budgeting and business planning.
